It will work as long as tube diameter is 30mm

NO! Leupold’s website gives dimensions for mounting the Freedom optic of front mounting space of 1.22”, rear mounting space of .84” and total mounting length of 3.27”. That leaves 1.21’ of space between the mounting rings where the adjustment caps are on the Freedom. Most regular tube optic type mounts won’t work with the Freedom because they’re designed to be wider between the rings for stability.
I’d recommend a Freedom Optic specific mount or a 2-piece mount.
