It's hard to tell fit, finish, and actual utility from a photo online. SO, how does it fit & work for a Taurus Spectrum?

The Leapers UTG Ambidextrous Pocket Holster is designed to fit 9mm/40 autos with a barrel length up to 4". So it should fit your Taurus but it wont be as tight of a fit.

The Leapers UTG Ambidextrous Pocket Holster was designed for 9mm/40 autos with a barrel length up to 4". It should still fit your Star PD despite not being 9mm or 40.

Will this work for a Taurus pt111g2?

Unfortunately the PT111G2 is just a bit too big to work well with these holsters.

will it fit a s&w 38 revolver w/2in barrel

These are meant for small auto pistols. Your S&W .38 might fit, however it would most likely not hold securely.
