The profile of the sight does not matter so much as does the actual height of the front sight when it is deployed. The front sight should have a height of approximately 1.41" from the top rail to the top of the front sight post.
It depends on the height of the rail at the front of your rifle. If you have a railed gas block to mount it on, check to see if its height is lower than your receiver's rails. If it is, you'll need a High Profile front sight. If you are mounting the front sight to a rail that's level with your receiver rail, you'll want a Standard Profile front sight.
