how do you mount it to an mlok application

The Leapers UTG Big Bore Full Stability Bipod mounts to standard 1913/picatinny rail systems. In order to mount this on an M-LOK rail, you would need an M-LOK to picatinny rail adapter (5 slot). You can find an example of a rail adapter using the following link:

Would this bipod work on a utg swivel stud pictanny slot adapter kit? I'm looking for something I can use on my savage 112 target 338 Lapua Magnum

The Leapers UTG Big Bore Full Stability Bipod needs at least a 3 slot picatinny rail to mount properly to your firearm. I would recommend the Lion Gears Picatinny/Weaver Adaptors which provides more rail space to allow this bipod to fit. You can find the adapter using the following link:

Does this bipod have an arca option for my MDT ACC chassis?

No you would need something like the M-Lok adapter. The ACC Chassis features a full Arca rail the entire length of the forend and M-LOK mounting points for accessories.
