Will this fit an Aero M4E1 upper?

The Aero M4E1 has the hamdguard mounting system forged into the receiver and therefore is only Compatible with Aero Precision Enhanced and Quantum Series handguards.

This rail will fit and function just fine as long as you as using a lo profile gas block.
