will this product fit on a del-ton ar-15?

This handguard is for the AK platform. It unfortunately will not fit the AR platform.

Will I still be able to have my iron sights?

If you have no optic mounted, the iron sights are still usable. You will not be able to co-witness the iron sights with an optic, A photo of the product mounted is available here:
