Will this fit a Diamondback DB10 .308 pistol?

Yes. The UTG Pro M-LOK DPMS-LR308 High Profile Super Slim Free Float Handguard will fit and function with your Diamondback DB10. The DB10 uses Armalite A lower receiver parts, and DPMS high profile handguards.

I have a psa pa10 and I seem to have an alignment problem with my handguard once I put on my barrel nut if I dry fit it it goes in smooth any help??

Yes. The UTG Pro M-LOK DPMS-LR308 High Profile Super Slim Free Float Handguard uses a high profile DPMS pattern which is compatible with Aero M5 uppers. This rail will include a barrel nut, locking ring, barrel nut wrench, and all other hardware required to install. It will also include an 8-slot M-lok to picatinny rail and a QD sling mount.
