No, the UTG Pro M-LOK Picatinny Rail Sections are designed to fit to M-LOK rail systems in order to allow them to attach picatinny accessories.

The manufacturer does not state the hole spacing for the UTG Pro M-LOK Picatinny Rail Sections. I recommend contacting the manufacturer for that infromation.

We do not currently carry a top rail that would fit your SD9VE. If you are looking to mount an optic, there are better options such as dovetail adapter plates or slide milling services. Email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com for more information on how to mount an optic to your pistol.

These rails are meant to be attached to an M-LOK handguard.

Ruger uses a couple different handguards from the factory. This will only fit the MLOK versions.
