The UTG Pro AK Yugo M70 Tactical Quad Rail System is designed to fit the Zastava M70, which is a Yugo pattern rifle. Yugo pattern furniture is not compatible with the pioneer Arms Hellpup. I would recommend using the Midwest Industries Universal AK47/74 Handguard, which can be found by using the link below:
