No. This Leapers UTG QD AK Side Mount will only fit Yugo style Zastava M-70 N-PAP rifles. The Aresenal Sam 7 is a Bulgarian pattern receiver.

The Leapers UTG QD AK Side Mount will attach to AK47's with the side receiver mount. It will mount to a Riley Defense AK47.
