Will this work w Daniels defense 556 32 round magazine or 30 round magazine??

The magazine should not effect use of this bipod, as it attaches to the handguard on the firearm via MLOK slots.

There is not a QD release for the Leapers UTG Recon Flex M-LOK Bipods. These bipods are designed to mount directly to MLOK handguards.

Will this work with a Magpul MOE M-LOK handguard? The mlok slots are inset a bit compared to the bottom and the slots are not exactly 3 and 9.

The Leapers UTG Recon Flex M-LOK Bipods will mount to the Magpul Industries MOE MLOK handguard. However, they may not work that well because of the angle they will be sitting at when mounted to the handguard. I recommend using the Magpul Industries The Magpul Bipod for M-LOK which can be found at the link below.

Does it attach to picatinny rails

No. The UTG Recon Flex M-LOK Bipod is designed to only mount to MLOK rail systems. If you are looking for a picatinny bipod, I would recommend using the Magpul Picatinny Bipod found using the following link.

Dose this bolt straight on a stock ar 15 or do you have to buy mounting brackets

If your hand guard it has m lok slots on the sides at the 3:00 and 9:00 position it mounts directly to the hand guard in the M lok slots it takes up two slots on each side. You do not need any additional brackets they also make a keymod version for keymod rails.
