will this work with a vortex viper with or with out the picatinny ?

It should accommodate the Vortex Viper without the picatinny mount.

No, it will only work with the RDM20 from Leapers or any red dot that uses the Docter red dot footprint.

will this fit a walther pps 9mm hand gun?

No, this is meant specifically for Glock handguns. Please email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com with the red dot you are interested in and we can try to find a mount that will allow you to attach that red dot to your PPS.

Will this mount on an original Glock 21 and will it fit a Vortex Venom?

This will mount to a Glock 21 and it will work with the Vortex Venom as that uses the Docter footprint which is what this mount is.
