This should have no issues on a .308 rifle. It is meant for it.
The weight of this scope is 10 oz.
The Post reticle and the Duplex are out of stock. Only the 308 BDC reticle is available at this time.
The Max Tac Precision Rings are for 34mm scope tubes.
This scope will need 1" rings that are around 0.8" tall.
The LER2-7X32 scope has 60 MOA of total adjustment travel. I would double check that the rail on your rifle is not canted. 1/2 degree of cant will use up the adjustment travel.
I don't believe the CVA scout rifle's rail has enough eye relief.
This scope has an eye relief of 9-13".
This scope will need 1" scope rings that are at least 0.8" tall.
We have not tested this one 454 Casull but it has held up on several 45-70 lever action guns.
The eye relief is 9-13" and the FOV at 100 yards is 18.8' - 6.3'.
