How it holds zero in a .308 rifle ?

The Max Tac Precision Rings are for 34mm scope tubes.

This scope will need 1" rings that are around 0.8" tall.

The LER2-7X32 scope has 60 MOA of total adjustment travel. I would double check that the rail on your rifle is not canted. 1/2 degree of cant will use up the adjustment travel.

I don't believe the CVA scout rifle's rail has enough eye relief.

This scope has an eye relief of 9-13".

We have not tested this one 454 Casull but it has held up on several 45-70 lever action guns.

The eye relief is 9-13" and the FOV at 100 yards is 18.8' - 6.3'.
