The Lee Cast Iron Pro 1000 Reloading Kit For 223 Remington 90633 can be used to load other calibers. However, from what information I could find the Lee Cast Iron Pro 1000 Reloading Kit For 223 Remington 90633 may not be able to load 50 Beowulf. I recommend contacting Lee Precision to confirm compatibility.

Will this press reload 308 Winchester. If so what and what ells will I have to buy

Yes, it can reload .308 win. You would need to make several changes. You would need the proper dies for the .308, you would need the long powder charging die, you would need the proper shell plate/carrier. Lee has a section on their product page that discusses changing calibers on this press.

press, PaceSetter 2-die set (Full Length Sizer, Bullet Seater/Crimper), 3-Hole Turret, #4 Shell Plate, Auto-Drum Powder Measure, Short Charging Die, Universal Case Feeder and Small Priming system.
