Does this come with everything you need or do you have to buy extra assessors with it also isn't a automatic measurement for your powder

It comes with everything you need to make 9mm. The powder measure is automatic and comes with different disks depending on the powder you use.

Is this useable for multiple calibers?

It is usable for other calibers but you have to buy a shell plate and a set of does for that caliber
