What do I need to buy additionally to load 9mm? I bought corresponding 9mm luger die set and shell plate but not sure what else I need.

For 9mm, you will need the appropriate shell plate, primer feeder and of course caliber specific dies.

Can I use my 9mm Luger dies in this press or is it just for 45 ACP?

The Lee 90945 Load Master 45 ACP Reloading Pistol Kit can load 9mm, however, you will need the appropriate shell plate, primer feeder and caliber specific dies.

What die set comes with this? Is it the Lee deluxe 4 die set. Does it have a primer feeder? Do I need to purchase anything additional?

This kit includes the Full Length Size, Powder Through Expanding and Bullet Seating Dies, Turret, #2L Shell Plate, Pro-Auto Disk Powder Measure, Universal Case Feeder and Large Primer Feed. You would just need the cartridge components.
