How to time the 4000. Pointed rod coming up through the shell plate is binding. Called lee and the tech told me it needed timed. forgot the steps?

What shell plate comes with this press?

No shell plate is included . You have to purchase the proper one for the caliber you are loading separately.

This press is single stage or progressive or transform single to progressive change shell holder to shell plate ?

The press can be used as a single stage press or a progressive press depending on how you set it up.
The same shell plate is used for both. You must purchase a shell plate and dies for each caliber you want to load.
