What shell plate comes with this press?

No shell plate is included . You have to purchase the proper one for the caliber you are loading separately.

The press can be used as a single stage press or a progressive press depending on how you set it up.
The same shell plate is used for both. You must purchase a shell plate and dies for each caliber you want to load.
