These are designed, engineered and tested in the company’s Beaverton, Ore., facility, but they are built to spec overseas, specifically China.

how do you attach the shoulder strap

They included shoulder straps will attach to the hooks on the sides of the binoculars.

Do these come with a case and neck strap - also are they rubber armored

I’m doing a road trip in California visiting the Grand Canyon,Yosemite and other great land marks.would these binoculars be strong enough for this.

Yes, they will work well during daylight hours. If using during low light, you may want a binocular with a larger objective.
