Will these work well for people who wear eyeglasses? Do have an adjustable eye relief?

These do have adjustable eye cups, but the eye relief is not adjustable. The eye relief is listed at 15.5 millimeters and normally we recommend at least 18 millimeters of eyerelief for users who wear glasses.

where are these made ? Japan or China ?

Unfortunately Leupold doesn't specify where these are made but it is most likely overseas (china, phillipines, etc).

Whats the difference between the BX-2 Acadia and the BX-2 Cascade by Leupold?

The Cascade model has been discontinued. The Acadia has a lot of slight tech spec differences, mostly having to do with upgraded glass.
