Will this mount Absolute Co-Witness on a AR with Magpul metal flip up backup sights ?

The Leupold DeltaPoint Pro AR DLOC Mount 171861 will put the Delta Point Pro reticle at 1.53". So you will most likely not be able to achieve absolute co-witness.

I am mounting a TlR 8 Streamlight and the Deltapoint Pro onto the picatinny rail of the MMG Banshee 300. Will TLR8 fit and what mount is best for DPP?

The TLR-8 will attach and work for your banshee and this mount will be compatible with both your CMMG Banshee and the Delta point pro.
