Yes it will, however this is just a harness, you will need a Leupold GO Afield case to carry your binoculars.

Will the Leupold 15X 56mm binos fit in the large case?

It should fit, however you may want to measure your binoculars just to be sure. The dimensions of the case are 8.5" deep x 6.5" wide (21.59x16.51cm) so as long as your binoculars are under those measurements, it will fit.
