Should I use low, medium, or high height ring mounts for this scope??

This will greatly depend on the rifle you intend to mount this scope to. But for a general rule of thumb, a 40-42mm objective lens should be used with low height rings on most bolt guns, while high/extra high rings should be used on the AR15/AR10 platform regardless of objective lens diameter.
