The Limbsaver Magpul Stock Recoil Pad is designed for the Magpul STR-ACS-ACS-L-LIBR-CTR-MOE synthetic stocks. Fitment with the Luth AR MBA-1 stock cannot be guaranteed.

How does this pad mount to the rifle?

With two screws. The hole pattern is only consistent with the Magpul brand ORIGINAL stocks (NOT the PRS or MOE-S stocks) Theoretically, it should fit the CTR, MOE(the CTR without the locking feature), UBR (Gen 1 only), STR, ACS, and ACS-L as they all can share buttpads. Hope this helps.

Will this fit the Palmetto State Armory PA 10, collapsable stock.

Going to have to give you a big no on that question. The PSA collapsible stock is a standard M4. This pad is only for specific models made by Magpul. However, Limbsaver does make a pad for the stock you have. Try searching for Limbsaver M4 stock.

Does this pad fit Magpul MOE AR15 stocks?

If you have the MOE that is basically the CTR without the locking feature, then yes, it does. It doesn't fit the MOE-S style stocks. Including the MOE-SL, MOE-S, or MOE-SLS. The buttpads are proprietary and have a different hole pattern.

I'm afraid not. This will only fit specific styles of Magpul stocks. It will fit the CTR, MOE (the CTR without the locking feature), STR, UBR (Gen 1), ACS, and ACS-L.
