Yes this will fit a 43X. There is only one Gen of 43s currently.

Will this fit a 43x i known in the description it says it will; however, it also says only for gen 1,2 and 3 and 43x is gen 4

Yes this will fit a 43X. There is only one Gen of 43s currently. That is a typo on our part and we will fix it.

Description states RMS optic cut slide, but picture shows standard irons cut slide. Does this sku come RMS optic cut?

Mine did not. I talked to Optics Planet and they couldn't pinpoint the issue, whether it was their system error of Live Free's issue. From what I gather you cannot get the RMS cutout version from Optics Planet because I tried and got the non-cut version. Very nice slide though.
