The Live Free Armory LF320 PRO Series Pistol Slide w/ RMR Optic Cut will include an optics cover plate as well as mounting hardware to install an optic.

can you get a vortex venom optic cut or is there a mount for this slide for vortex

This slide is only compatible with optics that use the Trijicon RMR footprint. This is not compatible with Vortex optics.

This is only compatible with the full size 9mm barrel and recoil assembly.

By looks it doesn't look like it fits my T.Rex Arms holster. Will it fit or not?

We cannot confirm fitment without seeing your holster firsthand. Typically, a holster will use the trigger guard for retention and the slide will not affect fitment.
