So this will fit an Sig Romeo Zero? If so will I need suppressor height sights for that?

Yes the Sig Romeo Zero should fit this slide. It uses an RMSc footprint. If you want to co-witness you will need suppressor height iron sights.

What prevents this slide from working with manual safety? Can it be modified?

The Live Free Armory LF365 Elite Series Pistol Slide is compatible with P365 model pistols that have a manual safety. Both manual safety and non-safety models use the exact same slides. Only the grip modules are specific to safety and non-safety versions of the P365.

What Is "RMS" cut? will it fit Trijicon RMR? What Reflex Sight fits on it?

The RMR cut refers to the Shield RMR, Shield RMSc, Shield SMSc optics. It is a different footprint from the Trijicon RMR footprint. You would be able to use optics like the ones previously listed as well as the Sig Romeo Zero, Holosun 407K and 507K.
