Should be just a straight barrel swap to change your G33 over to .40 cal and this will do it!

Yes. The Lone Wolf Arms AlphaWolf Glock 27 .40 S&W Barrel is designed for 40 S&W with exacting tolerances to allow for drop in installation. This barrel fits all Glock 27 generations.

Absolutely, but you will need a couple more things for it to function 100%. Get some Glock 27 magazines, and you'll need to replace your G26 trigger housing with the trigger housing/ejector for the G27. MPN: GLSP01896
