The "Gordon" carbines used a 12.7 barrel for the AEM5 suppressor where the M4 Delta suppressor used a 14.5 barrel. They are both carbine length gas systems provided on the M4 SOCOM barrel, but remains dependent on the suppressor model you are using. The AEM5 or the M4 Delta require different barrel lengths.
