Is the 08L for a left handed weapon? Your description says it is, but the photos are all right and Luth-AR shows the 08L to be rt handed, as well.

The 08L selector is only right handed at this time, sorry for the confusion.

The Luth-AR extended safety selector only has a 90 degree throw.

Yes. The Luth-AR Extended Safety Selector will fit a DPMS pattern 308 rifle as fire selectors between the AR15, DPMS, and Armalite platforms are all interchangeable.
