Yes, The Adaptive Tactical Tac Hammer RM4 Ruger 10/22 Rifle Stock has a removable barrel insert that provides a custom fit for both standard tapered barrels and .920" bull barrels.

Will this fit the Ruger 10/22 44 mag barrel feed?

The Ruger 10/22 is only available in .22lr or .22 magnum calibers, this will not a fit a Ruger .44 Magnum rifle.
