You may have run into the problem of the batteries leaking and corroding the inside of the flashlight. Good luck getting the swollen batteries out once you get the end cap off. (Righty tighty, lefty loosy as veiwed from the end cap.)

There is only one bulb in the head of the flashlight, the second bulb is a spare that sits in the tail cap. The output is 151 lumens.
