Will this work for asc 7.62x39 or duramag ss 7.62x39 mags

The Magpul Industries AR15 Mag. L Plate will not work for either of those magazines.

Will these fit the angled USGI 20 round magazines?

No, these are only compatible with 30-round aluminum USGI 30-round magazines.
