How many shooting glasses can fit in this case?

It would depend on what shooting glasses your are talking about. However, you could most likely fit two pairs of shooting glasses in the Magpul Industries DAKA Can.

How many rounds of loose ammo fit in the can? .22lr? 9mm? .556?

The Magpul Industries DAKA Can has an internal volume of 26.43 cubic inches and internal dimensions of 6"H x 2.11"W x 2.11"L. You can use it for ammo storage however it was originally designed to protect Magpul Eyewear.
