The stock is ready to accept the Magpul Sling Kit's but they are not included and you would have to purchase them separately.

Yes, it should as that model shows that it comes with a custom receiver extension that will accommodate both a mil-spec and commercial spec stock.

This stock is compatible with a mil-spec buffer tube, so you need to make sure that your buffer tube on your Ruger is a mil-spec.
