is the storage compartment big enough for a 10 round mag?

No, the Magpul MOE Rifle Stock would not accommodate a 10 round AR15 magazine in its storage compartment. While Magpul does not provide specific dimensions for the storage space, they state it is designed for smaller items like a cleaning kit, batteries, CLP etc.

Will this fit in a Vr80?

To fit the Magpul MOE Rifle Stock on a VR80, you would need to remove your pistol grip and butt stock as well as your buffer tube. Replace your buffer tube with a rifle length/A2 tube as well as buffer and spring that is compatible with the A2 tube. At that point you could use the MOE stock.
