which is longer and taller on, the SL-K or the SL-M ? isn't one a little bigger and longer than the other?

The Magpul MOE SL-K Carbine Stock is a little longer and wider than the Magpul MOE SL-M Carbine Stock.

Will this fit the M&P 15-22 Sport?

Will this stock fit my new AR-10 build with a rifle length mil-spec buffer tube?

Not a rifle tube. That is a A2 fixed butt stock buffer tube. You must have a carbine mil spec buffer tube on your AR10 and then it would fit and adjust.
