Can this work with MPX K

The Magpul Industries MS4 QDM Sling utilizes a QD mounting system. You would need to use a QD mount on your MPX K to utilize this sling properly. An example of a QD mount is linked below.

What's the difference between the MS4 QDM and the MS4 dual QDM?

This version has Magpul's heavy duty QD sling studs, they other version uses standard QD sling studs.

It will depend on which generation Maxim CQB it is. Early models did not have a QD hole, current production models do.
