Where can I find these sights for left-handed shooters?

They do not make a left hand set at this time.

Will a Magpul cheek weld riser (.75 height) prevent you from being able to get down on the stock enough to use these?

The Magpul Industries MBUS Pro Offset Sight should work fine with that cheek riser. Since these are designed for use when the user rotates the rifle 45 degrees the cheek riser should be out of the way.

No, there is not a way to attach a rail at the 12 o'clock position of the handguard.

Will the front sights attachment point block the laser of the compact Holosun LS117 if both are mounted on the top Picatinny rail?

If they are both mounted to the 12 o'clock position on a rail, the iron sight will sit off at an angle that will be out of the way of the laser unit.

How much clearance is needed under an optic for these to fit?

You would only need a quarter inch of clearance under an optic to mount these.
