I also have the same caliber rifle and in my research I found that .270 win mag is considered long action, and that the Magpul Remington 700 chassis are designed to be fully drop-in compatible.
The .300Wm and .30-06 are both long-action, which this model is for. The .308 is short action, which would use: 55-RSF-PRO700RC-MAG802-BLK
If you are talking about the 7mm Remington Magnum, then yes, it will fit your rifle. There are also a couple 7mm short-action calibers so just making sure.
