NO!! The swivel stud model DOES NOT PAN! You can read the specs on Magpul’s website. More expensive for less features- weird! Fortunately Optics Planet is great and I will be returning mine.

No it does not, only tilt. You have a little bit of pan with the normal flex but not a panning option.
