No, this is meant for standard 12 gauge Remington 870's.

Yes, the factory birds head grip is the same one for the tac 14. There is an adapter plate on the tac 13 already. You will need to get an extend the bolt for the SGA stock. RECOIL Magazine did an article on adding a stock to the tac 13.
