This is meant specifically for loading handgun magazines and comes with the following adapters:

"Each 9mm Luger unit includes a mounting base plate and six adaptable retainers to fit pistol models:
GLOCK, SIG, Smith & Wesson, Springfield Armory, CZ and Ruger."

So not compatible with any of the MILLIONS of Beretta magazines in use? CZ but not Beretta?

why does the listing say "W/O MagDump"? Which part is the "MagDump"? The pictures appear to have everything so I am not sure what is being removed.

It doesn't come with an unloader "magdump" like the one below because they don't make one for all the different 9mm magazines. You have what you need to load with this piece of plastic.
