will this work in 10mm glocks

No. You would need to purchase the Laser Ammo SureStrike 9mm Cartridge Laser Trainer, with a 10mm adapter. This will allow you to use the laser in any firearm chambered in 10mm. You can find links to the laser and adapter below:

Can this be used in a Smith&Wesson M&P 2 10mm?

The Mantis X Pink Rhino Laser Training Cartridge will not work with the S&W M&P 10mm. The LaserLyte Universal Laser Trainer Pistol at the link below should work with an M&P 10mm.

the description says it can't be used in hi-point pistols but can it be used in hi-point carbine rifles?

Mantis does not specify if the Pink Rhino Laser Training Cartridge would be compatible with Hi Point rifles or PCC's. I'd recommend contacting Mantis directly for more information.
