Despite being similar in appearance, the SB Tactical version has slightly different dimensions that prevent them from being compatible.

The Maxim Defense Industries CQB Extended Cheek Weld Buttstock fits the Maxim Defense CQB Gen 6 and PDW. You must have either or in order use this buttstock.

The Maxim Defense Industries CQB Extended Cheek Weld Buttstock only works with the Maxim Defense buffer tube assembly.

What material is the butt of this made of? I know on my brace it is polymer or something. Is this made of the same material or is that a billet piece?

I have filed to SBR a 9mm AR pistol I own with the Maxim SCW brace... can this fit on the SCW housing? Or will I have to buy a whole new setup?
