From what information I could find if you have a Maxim Defense MDX-508 you will want to use the PDX models of the Maxim Defense Industries MDX 505 URG upper receivers. This is because the MDX-508 uses a proprietary BCG. I could not find information regarding the BCG in the MDX-510 models. However, I recommend contacting Maxim Defense to confirm compatibility.
