If you have a suppressor that matches the threads of the barrel and caliber you could use it with the Maxim Defense Industries MDX 505 Mil-Spec URG Upper Receiver.

If you own the Maxim MDX-510 or MDX-508, which upper receiver will work. The Mil-spec or the pdx upper?

From what information I could find if you have a Maxim Defense MDX-508 you will want to use the PDX models of the Maxim Defense Industries MDX 505 URG upper receivers. This is because the MDX-508 uses a proprietary BCG. I could not find information regarding the BCG in the MDX-510 models. However, I recommend contacting Maxim Defense to confirm compatibility.

The manufacturer doesn't specify the twist rate of the barrels in the Maxim Defense Industries MDX 505 Mil-Spec URG Upper Receivers. I recommend contacting the manufacturer in regards to that information.

The Maxim Defense MDX handguard has an internal diameter of 1.84". It is also 1.46" from center to the top of the rail.
