Yes, the Maxim Defense Industries SCW Picatinny Rail Stock will mount to the 1913 rear interface on the Sig MCX Rattler.

Yes and no. It fits, but the telescoping rails do not slide in/out where the MCX/Rattler has indents for them. It does work if you mount it a little low on the 1913 rail, and the telescoping rails will slide in/out around the safety selector. It does not obstruct anything and is usable... BUT it is not the cleanest fit. This company makes/made a version specifically for the MCX/MPX platform that fits amazingly well, but is backordered and has been for quite some time. This version was made for their MD9 Pistol/Rifle/SBR. This is a very sold and quality piece, sadly not a perfect fit for the Sig MCX/Rattler/MPX.

NOTE: I ordered this as a PISTOL brace, upon arrival the item clearly says RIFLE stock. IMO this looks like it will be right in a gray area I do not want to play with unless registering as a legit SBR. I reached out for clarification and have not received a reply, so I returned it and likely will just go legal SBR with the official Sig Telescoping stock (which is quite well made).
