Do these boots have the metal “punji stick” plate like the original SEA boots?

Yes, the McRae Footwear Vietnam Era Jungle Boot feature a steel shank and Rubber Panama DMS outsole to exact spec used in 1967 with a Removable/replaceable polyurethane footbed.
