NO, IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR AR15! This adapter will work on AR15's that use a short stroke gas piston system. Traditional AR15's us a direct gas impingement system where the BCG needs to be able to go all the way back into the stock/receiver extension/buffer tube to cycle properly. This adapter doesn't allow the BCG to go past the receiver.

NO, IT WILL NOT WORK FOR YOUR AR15! U can only use this folding adapter if ur AR15 uses a SHORT STROKE GAS SYSTEM! U cannot use this adapter for a direct gas impingement system, which is the type of gas system used on traditional AR15's. This folding adapter does not allow the BCG to go past the end of the receiver. A traditional AR15 BCG needs to be able to go all the way back into the stock receiver extension/buffer tube during cycling.
