It says ar style. What does that even mean? Is it compatible with an ar15 or ar10? Previous versions were only compatible with their rifles. — 2 Answers

No, it is not compatible with AR15 or AR10 rifles. While it physically may be able to be installed, it would block the bolt carrier from cycling into the buffer tube. "AR Style" only means a rifle chassis that accepts AR15 buffer tubes/stocks.

it will only fit short stroke gas piston AR uppers, like the Brownells BRN-180S, Sig556, or any other AR upper where the BCG doesn't go past tge end of tge receiver & all the way back into the stock/receiver extension during cycling.
